Privacy Policy

VritantaNextGen ("VNG", "we") is a solo-founder studio run by Amit Sharma, operating vritantanextgen.com. Our free tools process your files entirely in your browser — your files are never uploaded to our servers, never stored, and never seen by us. That is the product's core promise, and it is also the simplest privacy statement we can make.

• Nothing from the tools. Files you open in our browser tools (PDFs, images, videos, text) are processed on your own device. They do not leave your browser.
• Engagement counts. Views, likes, and shares on blog posts are recorded against a one-way hashed visitor identifier — not your name, email, or account. We use it to know which content is useful.
• Newsletter email. If you subscribe, we store your email address to send you new-post notifications. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Contact form. If you send a project enquiry, we store what you submit (name, email, company, message, budget/timeline selections) so we can reply.
• Server logs. Our VPS keeps standard access logs (IP address, URL, timestamp) for security and rate limiting. Logs rotate and are not used for profiling.

• Session cookie — set only if you log in (admins/registered users). HttpOnly, used for authentication only.
• Consent preference — remembers your choice on the cookie banner (stored locally in your browser).
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) — set only after you accept on the consent banner. Used in aggregate to understand which pages help people. Decline and the site works exactly the same.
• Advertising cookies — if we show ads via Google AdSense, Google and its partners may use cookies as described in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Ad personalization respects your consent-banner choice.

Site data (engagement counts, newsletter subscriptions, enquiries, blog content) is stored in our own PostgreSQL database on our VPS — no third-party cloud storage. Emails are delivered via our email provider (Resend or SMTP) solely to send you what you asked for.

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete anything we hold about you (newsletter address, contact enquiries) at any time — email vritantanextgen@gmail.com and we will action it within 7 days. Newsletter emails always contain a one-click unsubscribe link.
