Draft price These prices are drafts, not final. Nothing is charged without a written quote that you accept first. Prices in dollars are for clients outside India.

01What it is

In plain words.

An AI agent is a program that reads what comes in (an email, a document, a form) and writes a first version of what should happen next: a reply, a summary, an entry in your books.

We put agents inside the tools your team already uses, feed them your own prices and policies, and give them one rule: they may draft, but only a person may send.

You need it when

  1. Your team answers the same kinds of emails all day.
  2. Documents arrive as PDFs and someone types them in again.
  3. Replies go out late because one person writes them all.
  4. You tried a chatbot and it said things you would never say.
02Try it

An email arrives. The agent drafts. You decide.

Three emails a small homestay might get. Watch the agent pull out the facts, check its guard rails and draft a reply. Then approve it, edit it, or send it back.

The email and the agent's draft

No email yet. Let one arrive and watch the agent work on it. Nothing leaves this page.

Receipts

Every decision leaves one, even a send back.

    The drafts are written in advance and no AI model is called. In a real system the agent writes from your own data, and nothing leaves until a person approves.

    03What we build

    What you get.

    1. An inbox agent

      Reads incoming email, sorts it and drafts replies in your voice, from your own rates, policies and records.

    2. Document reading

      Invoices, purchase orders and forms turned into fields, with the line it came from shown next to each one.

    3. An approval step

      Drafts wait for a person in your inbox, your team chat or a simple web page: approve, edit or send back.

    4. Guard rails

      What the agent may never do on its own (refunds, discounts, promises) is written down and checked before a draft reaches you.

    5. A receipt for every action

      Who approved what, and when, kept in a chain so a changed record shows up.

    approval-gate.tsExample
    // The agent may draft. Only a person may send.
    const draft = await agent.draft({ task: "reply to booking enquiry", context });
    if (rules.neverAlone(draft)) draft.flag("needs the owner"); // refunds, discounts
    const decision = await inbox.askPerson(draft); // Approve, Edit or Send back
    if (decision.approved) {
      await email.send(decision.text);
      await receipts.write({ action: "email.sent", by: decision.person, edited: decision.edited });
    }
    The pattern behind the inbox agent: the agent may draft, only a person may send. An illustration of the pattern, not code from a client system.

    What it runs on

    The tools your team already uses: your email inbox, your team chat, or a simple web page where drafts wait for approval. The agent works from your own rates, policies and records.

    Who owns it at handover

    Who owns what (the code, the data and the accounts) is written into the scope before we build anything, so you know before you pay. At handover you get a walkthrough of how it works and what to do when it stops.

    04How we work

    Agents draft, people approve, receipts prove it.

    The same rule runs through everything we build, and through how we build it.

    1. Draft The system

      The agent reads the email and your records, and drafts the reply.

    2. Approve A person

      A person approves, edits or sends it back. Anything on the never-do list goes to a person with a note.

    3. Receipt The record

      The approved reply is sent and a receipt records who approved it and whether they edited it.

    How a project runs

    1. A call, or an AI Checkup if you are not sure where to start.
    2. The job written down: what we build, the price and the date, fixed before we start.
    3. We build in rounds, and you approve each one before it reaches your team or your customers.
    4. Handover, with a walkthrough of how it works and what to do when it stops.
