What we collect
Only what you type into the booking form: your name, email, business name if you give it, the service you pick and your message. With it we store the page you sent it from, your browser’s user-agent string and a one-way hash of your IP address, which we use to stop spam and repeated submissions.
What we do with it
Your request is saved in our own database and sent to us by email so a person can reply. We use it to answer you and to do the work you ask for. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
Vritanta AI (the /ai page)
What you type on the /ai page is sent to our server to find the answer. We don’t keep your questions. We keep only a count per network address in memory for 10 minutes, to stop abuse.
When the full AI is on, your question and the matching passages from our pages are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API, which writes the answer. When the full AI is off, nothing leaves this site for the answer.
Speaking to Vritanta AI uses your browser’s speech service, which may send the audio to its maker. Reading answers aloud happens on your device.
Other sites
INDRA (indra.vritantanextgen.com) is a separate product with its own privacy terms. Links to it leave this site.
