In plain words.
Business intelligence means getting the numbers you run the business on into one place, correct and up to date, without anyone copying them by hand.
We build the pipes from where your numbers live (spreadsheets, your accounting tool, your CRM, bank exports) into one clean database, and put a dashboard on top that refreshes every day.
You need it when
- The month's numbers take someone two days to put together.
- Two spreadsheets give two different totals.
- You find out a customer stopped paying weeks after it happened.
- Every question to the team starts with "let me check".
Drag your sources into the pipeline. Watch the dashboard assemble.
Four sources a small trading business might have. Each one you connect is cleaned, checked and loaded, and the numbers that depend on it appear. Then refresh a few days and see what happens when a source is late.

What you get.
Pipelines from your sources
Google Sheets, Excel files, CRM and accounting exports, bank statements and databases, pulled in on a schedule.
One clean database
The same customer once, dates in one format, amounts as numbers. Every number on the dashboard comes from here.
A dashboard with 5 to 8 numbers
The few numbers you actually decide with, not a wall of charts. On your phone and your laptop.
Daily refresh, with checks
If a source is late or a total does not add up, the dashboard says so instead of showing a stale number.
A one-page guide
What each number means, where it comes from and when it was last refreshed.
-- One clean table, refreshed daily, feeding 5 to 8 numbers
select date_trunc('week', paid_at) as week,
sum(amount) as collected,
count(*) filter (where status = 'overdue') as overdue
from invoices
group by 1
order by 1 desc; What it runs on
Your own sources (Google Sheets, Excel files, CRM and accounting exports, databases) feeding one clean database, and a dashboard you open on your phone or laptop.
Who owns it at handover
Who owns what (the code, the data and the accounts) is written into the scope before we build anything, so you know before you pay. At handover you get a walkthrough of how it works and what to do when it stops.
Agents draft, people approve, receipts prove it.
The same rule runs through everything we build, and through how we build it.
Draft The system
The pipeline loads and checks the data, and drafts the day's numbers.
Approve A person
Checks that fail stop the number from showing, and a person looks at why.
Receipt The record
Every refresh is logged: which sources came in, how many rows, what was fixed and when.
How a project runs
- A call, or an AI Checkup if you are not sure where to start.
- The job written down: what we build, the price and the date, fixed before we start.
- We build in rounds, and you approve each one before it reaches your team or your customers.
- Handover, with a walkthrough of how it works and what to do when it stops.
