Questions
Which files do I really need?
favicon.ico for old browsers and search, a 32 and 16 pixel PNG for tabs, a 180 pixel apple-touch-icon for iPhones, and 192 and 512 pixel icons if your site can be installed on Android. The ZIP has all of them.
Why are my icons blurry?
Start from a larger, simpler picture. Fine detail disappears at 16 pixels, so a bold single shape works best.
